DevOps Tool Comparison: Docker Vs Kubernetes Vs Ansible
If you have just entered the DevOps Arena, its easy to get confused in these three tools — Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible. Additionally, if you are planning on doing any cloud certification, a common exam topic is DevOps. It is important to understand the basics of these tools not only for the purpose of the exam but these are great tools to make you a better developer and/or DevOps guru. Now some of the geeks would argue why am I comparing these tools as they are totally different. One reference is you have Microsoft Word, and Microsoft excel. Sure they can do some of the same things but combined they can do a lot.
DevOps tools make IT automation simple as it ends repetitive tasks and enables faster application deployment, thus allows DevOps teams to perform more strategic work. So the bigger question is — Is it Docker vs Kubernetes vs Ansible or Docker and Kubernetes and Ansible?
